I work in a radiologist office, and the question was brought up:


If we do additional imaging ex, pevlic sono done, mass is seen, added doppler and spectral analysis for better view, do we need to get an updated script ?

I do not think you will need an updated script. I have worked in radiology for years, and we have never requested an updated referral for any additional views, etc. that the radiologist felt were necessary to make an accurate diagnosis.
