I am having a moment :=)

Need help on correct CPT code:

Radiologic examination, complete, orbits, 3 views, optic foramina

70200 or 70190

with rationale please.

Thanks,
~Cindy Cillo, CPC

That is what I thought however I guess I am having a brain freeze with this because it states orbits as well and 70190 does not have orbits. So with that said, would I use an unlisted cpt code? Thanks for the assistance!

Could you use the 70200 with a -52 modifier? This gives you the foramina and the orbits with your 3 views.
