I am new to coding and currently working for a outpatient freestanding radiology facility. Does anyone know when to use the 59 modifer? The only procedure that I'm sure about is when the patient comes in for an ultrasound pelvic (nonobstetric) 76856 and an 76830 Ultrasound transvaginal. Thanks for any tips on coding radiolgy freestanding!
