Hi, I work for a small billing company and we do radiolgy coding. Most of the charges are for for xrays in a nursing home. My question is: one of the nursing homes we bill for has two different facilites at the same location. They have LTACH in additon to SNF and Nursing Home Care.
When billing R0075 for the transport of equipment, can I divide the two facilities (at the same location) to determine how many patients are served on a single trip? Thank you
