When you have several Rad reports with only indication of Trauma in header, can you assign injury to all reports per body area?

We use 959 series per body area.

Do you know the areas that have trauma? If all it says is trauma, you should code what is seen in the report. When coding RAD reports you need to code what the radiologist sees.
