How should I code for ONE view of the hips to ankles? There is no code for that. I guess I could possibly do 73551-52 and 73590-52? Although some may say that’s still billing for two views….. Or just 73590-52

There should be better documentation than just "hips to ankles" The joints/bones and number of views should be documented so you can clearly code for each study done.
