I work in an outpatient diagnostic imaging facility. Recently we have been having claims rejected or kicked out mostly on medicare patients that have multiple xrays such as C, T and L spine xrays or Multiple spine MRI's done on the same day. I have been attaching a 59 modifier but that is not working now. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
