original reading physician's medicare enrollment had issues and was not going to be back dated. The films are being over read.

Does the provider doing the overreads need a seperate report?
OR
Can he sign off on the origianl provider reports....agreeing with the findings. This method would be an actual paper copy of the report with hte overreaders signature....
