Individual spine X-rays were completed: 72202 (3 view), 72050 (5 view), 72070 (2 view), and 72100 (2 view). I realize I need to bundle them into an entire spine X-ray code, but I am unsure which one to use. Do I use 72082 since most were 2-3 view or 72083 since one was 5 view, or do I add them up and use 72084? Please help. Thank you.
