Hello I work for a radiology group that dictates for hospital and am struggling with ultrasounds.

If the doctor dictates title of right upper quadrant ultrasound, color flow and spectral Doppler interrogation but no where in report is color flow and spectral doppler mentioned is it correct to still code:

76705 and 93976 or would you just code 76705?

Please advise ASAP! Thanks for your help!:confused:
