I am inclined to say the if a provider is getting credit for Interpreting and visualizing an image that he would also have to review that report in order to do it. I credit 2 points. auditor at my clinic gives 3 points , 1 more for review, separately. I think that is a stretch. I found a Novitas Q&A on topic that says two points give for Independent Review and interpretation. The actual question from a provider says , If I review.... so I think that a review is " bundled".....

I agree. If a provider is performing independent review and direct visualization of an image, they do not also get credit for reviewing the radiologist's report of the same image.
