We are a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC) and we provide radiology services at our clinics. We are wondering how to bill for radiology services for patients that are referred to our clinic for the x-ray only. Do we bill under the referring provider or do we bill under just our provider? We got information from another provider that said there is a percentage rule. Does anyone know what that rule is and the guidelines? Any information on this would be helpful.
