Patient had basal cell carcinoma on shin which was treated last year with radiation. Now has "radiation necrosis" wound on shin that is being treated. What is the appropriate code for the radionecrosis wound?
 
You start with a complication code then code the necrosis then use an E code for the radiation, try working it from there and let me know what you get.
