If surgeon does, for example, an US guided stereotactic breast bx, do we need separate report for the US interpretation even though included in the OP report? At this time, we are doing separate reports, however, surgeon questions whether that is necessary.

Appreciate any help or advice.

the guidance can be part of the OP notes, just like for interventional and cardiac cath procedures. The main thing is that it is documented correctly and a image has to be stored
