If a provider documents a visit as a AWV, Subsequent, but I find it should be the AWV, Inital, shouldn't I have the provider admend the documentation from Subsequent to Initial before changing the code or does it matter? or Can I just change the code and leave the documentation? Please advise.

Hello,

I would explain to the provider, with articles or guidelines to back up your findings, the reason you feel it should be an initial visit. Then if he agrees have him add an addendum to the documentation.
