I have billed 93971 G0365 and cannot get 93971 paid. Can anyone help with which dx code or modifiers should be used to get these paid.

-59 on 93971 or Rt & Lt (depending on payer) modifiers if two separate extremities are being imaged. Make sure the graft is autogenous when using G0365.
