Can anyone help me with coding re-do craniotomies? My physician did a re-do crani and a tumor resection opening through the previous craniotomy incision. I just want to know in general how to code for it.

I would use the same crani code, but you may want to look at modifier 76 to see if this may more accurately reflect the circumstances.
