I was wondering if there are any coders out there that code for speech therapy and can tell me if there is a CPT code for a re-evlauation on a patient who is having speech therapy
 
Hello,
Old post but our research shows that speech does not have a "re-eval". The 4 we have are 92521 92522 92524 and 92523. None of which are "re-eval" but we have billed the 92523 6 months after the first time and it was paid. Hope this helps.
