Procedure note:

The basal cell cancer with positive margins on the right anterolateal thigh was reexcised for clear margins. The excision was 3 cenitmeter in length with 2 millimeter margins on either side of the previous excision and was 9 millimeters wide. The wound was closed with 3-0 Vicryl with buried knots on dyed suture and a running subcuicular 4-0 nylon. It was covered with Dermabond. She tolerated this well.
