Are you asking about a specific percentage that reimbursement is assigned to codes that can be broken down into professional/technical components?

There are many different guidelines so you may need to be more specific. i don't think there is one specific place of all reimbursement guidelines

When is it appropriate to bill the professional component for vascular ultrasound studies? Must the final report be prepared and finalized before the PC can be billed? What if the bill goes out for teh PC in these type studies long before the report is ever finalized?
