RE: Recoupments for 2013 regulatory rates

Has anyone had issues with insurance (Medicaid) recouping all of 2013 claims for VFC claims? I talked to someone in what is supposedly called the "Insurance Recovery Project Group" in which all our VFC claims recouped and thought they would provide us with adjustments. Apparently they had originally processed all the vaccine codes in error, but did not reprocess the admin codes 90460 and 90461. Now they are not going to reprocess anything until we provide each NDC# for each vaccine in order to process the admin codes of 90460 and 90461. I explained to this person that they should have all the NDC#s available. Any similar situations happening and any suggestions you could advise? Very frustrating.
