I have a provider who did a dental repair in the ec.

In the note the he stated that the front upper teeth were re-seated and cemented using calcium hydroxide paste. With total time of 30 min
i have been looking to see how i may be able to bill this. I can't find a cpt that defines what was done. Can i bill a procedure or just do an e/m?
