I am assuming this is for an unspecified adverse effect, since you used 995.20. Doing a search for other names for quinapril, I found that this is also called hydrochlorothiazide (www.medicinenet.com). That drug is listed in the table of Drugs and Chemicals. For the adverse effect of that drug, I would use 995.29, since you do have a specific drug documented causing the adverse effect and E944.3. For an adverse reaction, you need two codes - one for the reaction and an E-code for the drug.
