I have a pediatric Neurologist that is going to be part of an austism clinic. I'm trying to figure out how to bill for this. I've been told the following people will be involved in the clinic and have 1 hour of one on one with the patient. Speech, Behavior, Psychologist and then our Neurologist. After they all have their one on one with the patient they all meet and discuss the case for roughly a half hour then then meet with the patient and family to let them know if they will be part of the clinic or not. Does anyone else bill for this type of service and if so how are you doing it? I'm being told all the billing will go under the Neurologist but I don't think this would be correct. Unless the POS would be the Neurologist office since that is where the services are being rendered. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
