Wiki rearrangement question

My surgeon has done two sx's where he has listed on one rearrangement of umbilical tissue (he also did 2 different hernia repairs) and on the other he listed rearrangement umbilical stalk (also did another hernia repair). My question is, is there a seperate procedure code or are they included in the hernia repairs.
