Does Medicare/Tricare cover Reclast injections for a 80 yr old female with Osteopenia?

Reclast has a pass through status indicator of N, I believe (if I remember correctly. I have it on my spreadsheet I built at work). That means it's not separately reimbursed. Osteopenia is not an approved indication for Reclast, by the way, only osteoporosis. However the patient have begun receiving reclast annually when the patient had osteoporosis, and there's is documented improvement to osteopenia. The indication is still osteoporosis though.
