Wiki Reconstruction codes that are allowed only for cancer

I went to the ASPS Plastic Surgery Coding workshop 2 weeks ago. They were talking about certain codes that were allowed for Breast Cancer only. What I am a little confused on is Prophylactic reconstruction? Are we allowed to bill with 19340 or 19342 or do we have to use the 19325.

Mastopexy vs. Mammoplasty

I'm not sure but the difference in the codes may be the variation in the procedures. Did you ever get a clear answer on this question?19324/19325 are for mammoplasty but 19340/19342 are for mastopexy/mastectomy?
