Does anyone know the retention requirements for commercial risk adjustment plans? Is it 6 years or 10? Can you direct me to where I can find that in writing?

Medical record retention is governed by state law, so you would need to review the laws in the state where the provider practices. As far as I know, there aren't any specific requirements that depend on the type of payer plan, unless the provider has agreed to a specific requirement in their contract with the payer.
