I AM NEW TO ASC CODING.....MY QUESTION IS .. WHEN CODING RECURRENT INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIR WITH MESH, SHOULDN'T IT BE CODED WITH 49520 AND FOR THE MESH USE C1781 OR SHOULD L8699 BE USED INSTEAD?
