Can anyone out there tell me what the difference is between these ICD 9 codes:

629.81 Recurrent Pregnancy Loss w/o current pregnancy

646.3x Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

V13.2x Other genital system and obstetric disorders

Patient is not currently pregnant, but had 3 miscarriages. How would I code this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
 
If she's not currently pregnant, use 629.81. When she becomes pregnant use 646.3x without V13.2x (it's excluded in that section). Hope this helps.:)
