Our office does not agree on method of coding recurring rehab accounts.

If there are two treatment diagnoses on one month, then the following month only one of the diagnoses is listed as being treated, should the one NOT being treated be removed from the current month bill?

Some say keep all of them because it is a recurring , others say only the current month.

I have not found any guidelines for this. Do you know of any?
