I am trying to bill for a redo thoracic laminectomy but can't find a code specifically for thoracic. Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately there isn't a specific code for revision thoracic laminectomy. If the op report documents a standard approach laminectomy performed, 63045/63048 is the best option. Modifier -22 can be applied if the op report documents "complex" or "extra difficulty" to increase the surgeon's reimbursement a little, but that's all you can do.
