Redundant skin 2ndry to mastectomy

What would you use for excision of this. There was appx 15cm elliptcal incision made and carried full thickness through the skin and sub q tissue. Pt is 3 1/2 yrs post mastectomy. She decided she was not going to have an inplant done. The excess skin is irritating the bra line. Thanks in advance for all help.: :confused:
