Hi all,

A new patient coming into the GP clinic and the doctor referred the patient to another different department specialist but there were no orders and management. only referral is there which level E&M I can code for this GP visit?

Even the documentation is well enough to support higher level E&M. MDM is just referral, there is no any other work up.
