Hi All,

I would like to know what everybody is doing out there. When a patient is referred by Dr. A to Dr. B the first date of service we are adding the referring doctor on the claim. Now my question is, what is your office adding as the referring doctor for the follow up visits? Are you still adding Dr. A? Or is that only for the initial visit?

If you have any guidelines or policies, please share them.
