Can anyone give me some guidance with referring physicians please.
Medicare Pt _
Diagnostic testing does it have to have a referring physician
Defib/Stent is a referring physician required?

We have 2 tics deny for medical necessity for 33249 but the other codes for defib pd but didn't have a referring physician on the tic.

Any help would be helpful thanks
