Can anyone assist me with the following situation: A patient has both BCBS and HLNK. The patient's primary insurance should be HLNK because that insurance was through her employer. Both are paying as primary for dos back in 2012.

The patient no longer has HLNK but will not contact BCBS to notify them that they were secondary in 2012. Can anyone tell me what I should do in this situation?
