One of my providers had a patient refused his wellness exam today, child was screaming and crying. The child's vitals were taken, the provider discussed the developmental screening results and HPI was taken. The provider did document the child refused the exam and mom stated she would bring child back for the well-exam at a later date. How do we bill and code for this visit?
