Is it right to code 250.80 for DIABETES WITH FOOT DEFORMITY.

Please share your answers.
 
Is the foot deformity caused by the Diabetes? Or are they Diabetic and just happen to have a deformed foot? Just because the patient has diabetes does not mean their problem is related to the diabetes. You would code these situations differently
