Question? Doctor dictates, rotator cuff tendinitis and developing adhesive capsulitis. Would you code the adhesive capsulitis? Or no because he states developing?? Thank you for your help.
 
A "developing" condition actually exists, but may be worsening or transforming to another condition. I would apply a code for the adhesive capsulitis.
