We billed Peach state with 97161-GP, 97530-GP-59, 97112-GP-59, and 97140-GP-59; only 97161 was paid, and the others were denied for inappropriate modifier use—please advise on correct modifiers and bundling rules, especially since 97140 may bundle with 97530 and 97112.

There are no NCCI edits between any of those codes, so I would not use the 59 modifier.
