Does anyone have any experience in Regenerative Medicine? I know that most insurances do not cover this, however, we have a Workers Compensation patient who we are trying to obtain an authorization for. The HCPCS code is Q4139 but it does not come up in the Workers Compensation system to request authorization. Can anyone point me in the direction of an unlisted code that could be used for this? The patient is being treated in multiple areas for Chronic Pain (mainly neck and low back). Would it be 64999? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
