For patients coming in for the Regeneron Iv Infusions, are they supposed to be Positive for Sars Covid-19 and at high risk? I have providers sending in patients that are just high risk and not positive. When I read the CMS website, it states positvie and high risk. Please clear up this confusion for me

Here's great information regarding the approved use of Regeneron. In a nutshell, it's approved for those testing positive and patient's who've been exposed that are at high risk. They don't need to be positive, as it's approved for prophylactic use.

Just to add that this is a new indication as of either July or August. The CMS FAQ was updated recently. Also, the high risk criteria is per the physician's discretion.
