my doctor's op note states that he removed a pt's implants, then did a "bilateral internal restructuring" on the both breasts and then re-inserted the same implants after filling with an additional 100cc each side. The original implants were for cosmetic reasons but then pt was in an accident and needed to have a this restructuring done... HELP !!!! thanks

Can you please explain how the restructuring was medically necessary vs. cosmetic?
