Im new to coding, I work for a facility that preforms AB services along with conceptative management. This is the senario: a patient comes in and has a AB and a IUD. When the clam is billed to the insurance company only the AB is being paid. Is there a specific was this is to be coded as that both services are reimbursed?

I would use a modifier. Sounds like you need to use the 59 to show that these are seperate services.
