Can procedure 67028 be reimbursed during the post-op period of another procedure done such as 67228
(Treatment of extensive or progressive retinopathy, 1 or more sessions; (eg, diabetic retinopathy), photocoagulation )

I just get confused because the doctor's dx is the same for both procedures, 67228 and 67028 which means that he is trying to treat the same condition...
