Wiki reimplantation of verruca

Here's one I've never heard of before: I have a surgeon that wants to do surgery in our facility that would be to shave part of a verruca from one foot & implant that shaving into a verruca on the other foot. As it was explained to me, this kills the wart. I try to learn at least one new thing each day and I guess this is the one for today.

Does anyone know how to code this? I'm lost.
