Wiki Rejections by BCBS for Dx Codes T81.41XS & T81.31XD

BCBSAL is rejecting my claim with dx codes T81.41xs and T81.31xd for accident date. The patient developed an infection following a bilateral breast reduction. The infection resolved with antibiotics however it resulted in necrosis and dehiscence. The doctor did a debridement (Cpt 11042) and wound closure (Cpt 13160).
I'm at a loss on how else to bill this.
