hello everyone,

i am being faced with a procedure that i have not coded before and am having trouble with my research. the patient in question is having a 3 level corpectomy and fusion however also had a release of the omohyoid muscle/tenotomy and myotomy of omohyoid. i am having trouble with the omohyoid procedure. any information would be appreciated.
