Wiki Remicade infusion stopped

What modifier if any do you use if a remicade infusion had to be stopped due to reaction?

I can't think of a modifier that would be needed but you should only bill for the total infusion time, 96413 and 96415. You can bill for all the Remicade that was mixed if you state in box 19 why the infusion couldn't be completed. And course, bill for any drug administered to counteract the reaction and the dx code for rx to medication.
